Grow Your HVAC Business

Existessential Heating & Air is a referral service. It connects homeowners in the Arlington Heights area with independent local providers. If you run an HVAC business and want more homeowner calls, you may be a good fit for our network. This page is not about employment. It is for contractors who stay independent and run their own shop.

Who We Are Looking For

We look for local businesses that handle residential heating and cooling work, such as:

• AC repair and emergency AC repair
• AC installation and replacement
• Furnace repair and furnace replacement
• Seasonal tune-ups and general HVAC service

Experience with the area helps. Homes here range from older frame houses to bungalows and ranch homes, many with full basements and sump pumps. Knowing how these homes breathe, and how hard the climate is on equipment, makes you more useful to homeowners.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed when they call. We ask providers in our network to be patient, honest and clear. Specifically:

• Hold all licenses, permits and insurance required where you work
• Answer homeowner calls politely and follow up when you say you will
• Give written quotes before starting work
• Explain repair and replacement options without pressure
• Stand behind your own work and handle your own billing

You set your prices, your schedule and your service area. Existessential Heating & Air does not do the work and does not direct how you do it.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@existessential.property. Please include:

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The services you offer
• Your license and insurance details
• A good contact name and method for homeowners

We review each request and reply as we are able. Joining is not open to every applicant, and openings depend on the areas we need to cover.
