How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Existessential Heating & Air wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact Existessential Heating & Air about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Existessential Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider you were connected with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in the network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, a good first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
You can still tell Existessential Heating & Air about it. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Existessential Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File a Complaint
Email contact@existessential.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted Existessential Heating & Air or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Comes Next
Your complaint will be acknowledged by email, usually within a few business days. What happened will then be looked into, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, you will get a reply that explains what was found and any steps being taken.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If the reply does not satisfy you, write back and ask for a second look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
